Newhaven
is a bustling town with a busy working port. It is conveniently
situated for access to the rolling South Downs and has a year
round ferry service to Dieppe. There is also a marina and twice
weekly market in the pedestrianised High Street, parking is
readily available. Newhaven boasts two supermarkets along with a
variety of other shops and an interesting fort. There are also
several restaurants and pubs in the area.The town is situated
approximately 15 miles from Eastbourne and only 10 miles from
Brighton. Both have a very wide range of amenities including
theatres, seafront promenades and a host of other attractions.
Newhaven is served by two railway stations, with regular trains to
Lewes (the county town of East Sussex) and a commuter train to
London Victoria. Gatwick airport is approximately 45 minutes by
rail or road. Our offices are located near the top of the High
